Conditions We Treat and Our Treatment Process

Individual Outpatient Psychotherapy

At the onset of treatment, therapy appointments are typically held on a weekly basis. As treatment progresses, the appointment frequency is often reduced as individuals become more familiar and comfortable with using the Cognitive and Behavioral tools and techniques.

Intensive Outpatient Psychotherapy

Intensive therapy refers to more frequent treatment sessions and/or appointments of longer duration. It is a treatment approach that can be used to shorten overall treatment time when necessary and/or to facilitate those clients who live out of state, but want to receive treatment from the Colorado Anxiety Treatment Center.
